A nice clean hospital. I like well baby services. The pedestrician and the nurses in this department are great.
All the same something has to be done at the reception.
One takes too long before registration is being done.

Doctors and nurses are quite good
Askaris at 3rd floor are quite wonderful..bt come to support services while discharging a patientits very irritating..I took 1 hr waiting for doc to write discharge note , then1 hr for billing and pharmacy, Account department took another 1hr of their sweet time not for forgetting insurance 2 hr authorization..
Still waiting I dont even know when the process will be completed.😪😪😪😪

It's definitely a nic hospital of course, with wonderful facilities. However, my problem is with the customer service from the reception to the nurses, something needs to be done. process of discharge from the hospital.this will be a review for another day

The most useless hospital ever, take your patient there in an ambulance at your own risk. It took over 72 hours for a doctor to see a patient whom we had taken there in an ambulance only or the doctor to say the CT Scans were wrongly read!! They just said, "we are very sorry we can't reverse the death"! They only spoke the truth after we requested for transfer. Inhumane & unprofessional, very cunning, whoever particitated in the conning, God will avenge on our behalf

I spent 3 hours, 3!!! In a hospital just waiting to see a doctor.
As in, seriously?? Nairobi women's are you serious? ARE YOU SERIOUS!!????
In short what am saying is that it has horrible service and they lack order, they have no clue the order in which someone came in. COME ON!!!
This round you have really disappointed me a lot. Am only one human being so am sure this post won't faze the hospital at all. But DAMN!!

Just walked out of there. Getting jumped in the payment queue and being bumped from counter to counter to pay for a one off check up. The lady Cherop at the cashier has no clue how to serve. No order in how they do things or who's next in queue. You're better off going to a public hospital.

Very kind, very helpful staff. Good-hearted people, very dedicated. I saw some things in the HDU that can only be described as miracles. Your nurses are very good people.
However, you do get the impression that the place is understaffed. Processes that should only take 30 minutes can last up to 4 hours. You need to be there following up on the progress of your work otherwise you'll waste hours waiting.

I nice hospital, the service is great so far, especially at this time when the public hospitals are no longer open. The offer a wide variety of medical and diagnostic services. Although they do not have an MRI, the have arranged for it to be taken at a different hospital

Worst place is when the doctor sent you to do an X-Ray, be ready to spend 6Hrs, just to get it done and when you get your results you’ll be noticed the doctor went home already and you need to come back next day, the X-Ray department’s reception has Zero customer service, they only know how to say Wait when you don’t even know how many people are ahead of you 😡

Extremely bad experience. Took a child with very high fever. Saw pedaetrician. Given antibiotics. Two days later no change. Goes back. Finds another padaetrician. Could not find the previous file. Opens a new one with zero history. Gives me other medication and disqualifies the previous medication given 2 days earlier. Spend in total in excess of 15k inclusive of 2 consultation fees within 3 days. Goes back home. After 1 day situation worsens. Now my child is admitted in another hospital. Thank God he has greatly improved.
