It's one of those hotels where you give feedback still nothing is done . I have stayed in this hotel for almost 5 to 7 times . Not even once the check in was smooth . Every time either they have a room without a shower proper working or even the TV or the key doesn't work despite reminder they will still book you in broken rooms and you need to shift . I book the best deluxe rooms but then due to the issues they downgrade and give me standard and superior room .and they are cheat will still charge for the deluxe room . Their staff is also not courteous if u complain about no hot shower they will revert whether you are allergic to cold shower . This is a run down shack .only reason I come back it's location is very very convenient

Nice place. The rooms are good. The pool is becoming popular. The food (roasters) is the best aspect of this facility. Loved the chicken.

The Luke Hotel, which is in Nairobi county, Garden Estate Road, Off ThikaRoad Super High way.It is uniquely positioned with maximum security system, Environment is cool and aesthetically appealing, parking lot is enough to accommodate approximately 500cars,Food and beverages are adequately served with a team of hospitality and customer satisfaction, boarding and lodging are well kept with different classes and costs friendly. I have been here for refreshing and I will recommend you and others to just pay a visit to this hotel and you will call it a date. Welcome. May the hotel management receive this message. i loved the clean and comfy accommodation and didn't like that policy of paying extra charges for having a visitor in the room.The awesome breakfast also the service is very slow at the restaurant. they have ample parking and the surrounding is all green with big shady trees.

Never before did we stay at a hotel with such willing and kind staff. We feel appreciation for their contribution to our nice stay in Nairobi. Especially Susan, a receptionist should be noted for her hard work and kindness in our behalf. The mattress wasn't too soft, just right, and so are the pillows. The furniture in the room is not modern but we found it to be clean and functional. The shower worked as it should. A plus is the small terras we had with a view on the inner court with its swimming pools. Breakfast included different types of juice, a variety of fruit and vegetables, eggs, bread, masala, and more. Around the hotel you'll find plenty of options to eat out. There are also a number of supermarkets dotted around the big roundabout at Thika road. We warmly recommend this great hotel!

What a pleasant experience. Professional staff, Roasters grill, onsite bar and nightclub that gets pretty busy on weekends. I'm definitely going back.
