Amazing place. Great food (though Indian oriented). You get to see several llamas and zebras just outside your room. Would definitely revisit the place.

I came here to have lunch at the restaurant. The a la carte menu is limiting with few choices, and the food is quite pricey. Otherwise the ambience is great. I went for a nature walk afterwards and saw giraffes by the lake.

Very well kept facilities.
Comfortable accommodations and wide variety of good food, they allow you to bring food from the restaurant to your room. You can see wildlife around the lodge. The conference facilities are top notch.
Only downside is the lack of a back up generator for when power goes off, to which they served free wine to apologize for the inconvenience.

Poor hospitality right from the gate. Been asked to go back twice!!!!
Hotels of such caliber should admit people who want to just have a meal(dinner for my case) and not just those who are staying for the night!!!!
Wouldn't recommend anyone.

Just checked in for a work retreat and service received so far has been horrible, requested for basic amenity items of a shower cap and room slippers that I had noted were missing from the room and have been kept waiting for over an hour and a half with a lot of push and pull on provision of the requested items. These are basic amenities one expects to already be availed in the room as even 3 star hotels provide these basics yet a hotel of this caliber is having an issue providing the same. Very disappointed with the service this time round, have been here several times before but the service seems to have greatly deteriorated since the last visit.

A wonderful place to stay in Naivasha. The rooms are great with nice view to the garden where wild animals roam at least l saw antelopes, giraffes and zebras. The food is excellent and the staff polite. The recreation facilities like swimming pool, sauna, steam and gym are in good working condition.

Had a wonderful experience staying here had booked our stay and Safari from Game viewers adventure limited and the food is also very delicious here the chef will make what u want to eat here had a wonderful time here .The rooms are also very big and good .

Lovely ambience, good facilities, staff are friendly and amazing interaction with wildlife right outside your window. Lake Naivasha is a walking distance. I would recommended for those looking to relax and unwind with nature and wildlife.

Honestly speaking this is the best place i have ever been to. Its feels like you are in another world the wild animals, the wifi speed, the cottages its all feels great.

Very nice place with animals like water bucks zebras visiting the space often while you sip down some awesome cocktails . It also has a kids area . A pool . And some beautiful rooms which can be reserved on site or booked in advance . Questions?

The ambience, hospital and service are quite efficient and prompt. The lawns are well manicured with zebra and antelopes freely grazing. The bird life is plentiful for birders. I would recommend that they provide house shoes in the rooms and a laundry kit for guests. Otherwise I would easily recommend it as a must visit while you're staying in Naivasha.
