This place is so terrible only that we don't have choices. Poor customer service and poorly stocked. A month later and they still haven't stocked the scouts uniforms on some sizes

Their service has improved significantly. Went in and bought what I needed and out in 10 minutes. There are more people on the counter and payment can be made via Card or Mpesa. Easiest way to access the shop is via Haile Selassie then turn into Parliament road.

Slow, unbothered, only one person serving yet the queue is from here to groundfloor only to get to the counter and they dont have almost all the sizes!. The number on their website is also mteja!

I sent my sister to buy uniform at this shop today in the morning then she met a very rude attendant who said there were no uniforms. After realizing the lady was rude she immediately engaged another attendant who gave her the full uniform she wanted. Kindly improve on customer care service.
