Terrible waiting times, a simple consultation takes 5 hours. Billing is one counter. Very disappointing services.

Extremely poor communication from the staff especially the physiotherapy dept. Wasted over 2 hours waiting for a service that I never received.
However, I have to recommend the orthopedic surgeon here. She's so nice, we'll educated and humble. Also, the triage staff are awesome.
So sad that my latest experience here had to be so awful. There definitely needs to be an improvement.response / report this review -

I am very disappointed, my wife and son were transferred from Umoja Bliss to your Facility today in the afternoon 14-1-2023) , the day has ended without them being served .what was the need for them to be transferred there by Ambulance if at 9:39 pm nothing had been done. May God see my beloved son through .

Inefficient. Sort out your queu management. Checked in at 15.34 PM, checked out at 6.30 PM, just a simple OP visit. Definitely not coming back unless it’s the only option.

I delivered my baby here and the services were professional, prompt and caring. The maternity team were not too busy to answer or handle my concerns. They handled my criticisms professionally and there was no bad blood, only a change for the better.
I recommend them for their keen eye and talking through their procedures with clients.
Their facility is also good, and they work to keep it clean.
The food was good, they tried to ensure I had gluten free optionsresponse / report this review
