Very poor customer service. Very rude supervisor and the hotel can be described as a true musium. Good infrastructure but poor management. Not a place that I would like to go back.

First of all, that swimming instructor man is the most rude person I have ever met in my life, and he has no respect Secondly, it takes too long for the food to come but I have to admit the food is good, and thirdly, only some drinks are cold, but I like the band here though, very talented. I'll give you 2 stars, and they have a lot of mangoes and the place is natural

Firstly whatever they advertise on the net is wrong ie including breakfast in most of their accommodation packages does not exist. Secondly the food is not fresh, too much spices. The workers there are not genuine, one of them almost got away with my money if it we're not for me to do the math.. It was not once but twice . The rooms are not cleaned am guessing the accommodation there is just falling apart . The pool has clearly not been cleaned for a while.😒Seriously that place is unhygienic. Anyway apart from that it has a beautiful scenery and good vegetation . But still poor services is the root of all problems. I advice you tourists looking for a good place to stay. Scenic is NOT the place to be. Honest Opinion. THANKS😊

Terrible experience with the restaurant staff. Slow, poor service. They lack the most basic stuff like margarine, bread. I was thoroughly shocked.
