Would like to uploud the team at Saruk Digitals for the great work and understanding staff they have. Bought a hp Pavillion from them but got into some problem and didn't have fare to travel to Nairobi to return the machine but when I called them, they advised me to send it back and they will see what is the problem. Normally new machines returned takes 14 days to get them examined and an answer given due to workload but the wonder is that they worked on my machine for 8 days and replaced my machine with a new. I recommend their services because they did not just act as professionals but humane too. God bless you and pleasure doing with you business. Looking forward to doing business with you.

Excellent Service for the Four Years i have visited Saruk. The Customer Service are the first to engage the client no matter how many times you've been there. A very stylish tech design and adequate information on devices to be purchased. The price is quite friendly and added incentives on purchase of products. Variety is a key in their great customer experience journey. Would recommend to anyone looking for new gadets or refurbished and quality laptops.

The most amazing customer experience so far. The staff are professional yet friendly, very attentive to the client's needs and advice accordingly. The owner is also very explicit in matters warranty and replacements. They could however address sitting space, because the shop gets full (a good indicator of their great products and services :) ) and customers are left standing for quite sometime. I'd recommend it any day.

My Laptop was not turning on, I knew I had an old battery but I didn’t know the true cause of the problem. In less than 30 second the problem was determined. The parts were in stock and I listened jazz music while the parts were delivered. Honest and pleasant service from Benny and all the crew at SD solutions on Kimathi Street. Highly Recommended and reasonable pricing.

The prices are really good. I personally got an iPhone 6 Plus which lost network after a month but they didn’t help me out at all, I was mistreated and even ended up loosing my phone after using it for a month. Kindly improve on customer service

Much more improved. Good space. They have the latest in electronics. The prices are good, though the warranties on some items are not ideal. Be sure to ask about the charger and screen warranty of any electronics before purchase. But overall better than most stores I've visited
