What a wonderful place to wind down after watching amazing game! the assortment of drinks on offer, the music, the ambiance, the pool, the accommodation.. everything is just superb..that feeling of being submerged in the wild is so satisfying!

Given the world renown status of the Mara, we were incredibly disappointed by our stay at the Mara Sarova Game Camp. The welcome at the reception desk was unprofessional. The woman didn't smile, and make us feel stupid for not having our passports to verify our identity. The whole camp had a VERY touristy feel, with very artificial cultural dances and even a PowerPoint presentation about the Masai culture. The tents were delightful, and the pool was great fun for my children. However, the food was our least favorite part. There were very few options to satisfy my kids' appetites, and I left most meals feeling hungry. The waiting staff at the dining hall was also not very friendly or welcoming. Considering the number of international tourists that visit, I'm surprised they haven't come up with a better meal plan. There was also a documentary being filmed at the camp when we were there, which was incredibly annoying. Guys walking around with cameras and microphones, acting like they were more important than anyone else staying there. I would highly recommend going to a conservancy outside of the Mara if you want a more authentic experience. This isn't it.

Good security and natural environment, brick house for washroom and tent mixed together. Warmest staff serving you. Highly recommended.

Wow! This is a first class safari experience. The camp itself is situated right "in the mix". It's basically a little oasis in some trees on a hill right inside the Masai Mara. From the camp it's about a 2 minute drive to the main road that goes through the park, and you'll see lots of wildlife right outside the fence. One morning we had breakfast overlooking a little pond that had a water buffalo hanging out. The camp itself is first class, with top class food (all you can eat buffet style with every kind of food you can imagine), a very nice pool area, a lots of walking trails. The camp is surrounded by an electric fence, and has lots of guards patrolling the area. The room are extremely nice. If you look at the pictures on the website they are exactly as presented. Can't recommend this place enough if you're planning a trip.

Beautiful setting, amazing gift shop,and most of all- considerate working staff all make the stay enjoyable and unforgettable.

Fantastic experience. Extraordinary staff, beautiful setting, and good food. A great place to bring children. One of the benefits of sleeping in a tent, besides just being fun, is being able to listen to the nighttime sounds.

Great Experience at Masai Mara Game Park.Good food & Services along with Accommodation. Personally i personally prefer Cottages (Tents) which is nearer to the game reserve. Ill visit again.

One of the best camps in the Mara. It's hard to go wrong with Sarova and this property isn't different. The one thing they didn't get right though is that there is no watering hole like many other camps and lodges in the wild. You have to have a view to one from the lodge so that guests can enjoy the game from the comfort of their rooms or general area
