The swahili themed room and the Coastal ambience the place offers is amazing. Ideal for getaway from busy city life. Has a small pool, ideal for children and it's located a km away from the beautiful sandy Shanzu beach. Friendly and supportive staff offers competitive customer service experience. The rates are amazing for what you get, very affordable. Restaurant is a la carte and not so busy so there's a slight wait on orders

The pool is really small. It's has a bar and restaurant too so I don't recommend going there if you have kids. People smoking on the outside and the smoke makes its way into the house. It gets pretty hot. There is no air conditioning

Rooms are clean but need updated, hot water switch for showers is in the dining/reception area but seems to get switched off if you do use it, so expect cold showers. Bar is decent but if ordering coffee or food expect a long wait
