Lovely Place tucked away in Tom Mboya est. #Kisumu.
Good Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Freshly squeezed juice.
The bathrooms are very good but also very small.
Swimming pool.
Beautiful hotel.
But they need to improve on their coffee offering. For a hotel of this standard, instant coffee won't do.
Recommended all together.

This is a new hotel in the Tom Mboya estate. The facilities are modern as a result and staff well trained. We especially enjoyed the service from our waiter whose enthusiasm made the almost hour long wait for our food bearable. The food was well priced, for instance I had lamb at 600. It has several amenities and the pool is certainly a welcome relief from the heat.

If you are in Kisumu the world class place to relax for dinner and a night out is pinecone hotel. There services are perfect The lake Victoria breeze that catches you when you wake up is just breath taking

I have a great experience. Friendly staff and exceptionally selfless ever joly General Manager Mr. Okinda and ever smiling Front office Manager Pauline. Can't imagine am due for check out! I highly recommend Pinecone Hotel anytime!
