I was there for a short time but the staff My they be fulfilled in all aspects of their lives. They are amazing. I will go back as many times as I can because the staff are so wonderful.

Great location in Westlands, proximity to the malls and clubs. I was here for an event at the Attic, that is the rooftop. What a magnificent view of the city and what an open space for a party. Great service with attentive staff. The food is beautifully presented. WiFi available. The gym is found at the top next to the pool.

Beautiful hotel. Radisson blue has over the last few years entered into the East African market. Entry is easy. Quite a small "front yard". Beautiful layout. We used one of their conference rooms and the set up was perfect. The food was also great. The good people at the Park Inn Radisson deserve a thumbs up.

Definitely, an eye catching building located in the trendy Westlands district. I have patronized their roof top lounge a number of times and each time has been memorable. Make a point of visiting especially on a Friday evening as you enjoy the panoramic view of Westlands area.

The service was slow, like literally totally slow. The food was amazing tho' and the workers were very courteous. The ambience is very lovely, the serenity and décor of the establishment is beyond lovely. Apart from the slow service I enjoyed dining at Park Inn and to be honest, I would go back. The security is top notch and that's something comforting.

Had dinner at Live Inn restaurant with others. The place has a great ambience to it and the waiter who served us did well. The only issue was since it was a pretty arranged dinner, there were some requests that had been made but the lady handling the request did not pass along the information to the ground staff. And this brought about some initial friction when we arrived. The lady handling the reservation also did not pass along the information on the cake we had ordered to the chefs and this took us back. They need to improve on their flow of communication.

Our stay has been absolutely amazing, this place is definitely value for your money. The staff service is efficient albeit slow sometimes. They offer free breakfast in buffet style, truly tasty and well prepared meals. The decor is great too, clean and neat rooms. We found the pool smaller than it appears in pictures but it's still a spectacular view of the city from the rooftop.

The rooftop is great. Has a pool and gives you a best of the city. It also has a mini pub. The staff especially the security guys are friendly. If you need escort they provide (they did for us) Spacious elevators - you feel safe. Ample parking.

The Park Inn is centrally located in Westlands, and is a great hotel. It has a very modern design, which was a nice change from the decades-old hotels I usually stay in when traveling for work. The rooftop bar/pool area is very pretty, and the hotel gym is clean, well lit, and all the machines face a large plate window with a view from the top floor. They have one treadmill, which was in good repair, and two stationary bike, one upright and one recumbent. The climatisation Inn the room worked well, the bed was super comfortable. The water in the shower was appropriately warm, though not very hot, and the water pressure would not have satisfied my wife but was fine for me. The breakfast buffet was very good, and in general the food was good. The staff was also friendly and professional. Overall I highly recommend the Park Inn

Check in was seamless. Amenities are very nuanced to one's specifications. The rooms are very modern and chic. Service with a smile. The food is top shelf as well. You will feel spoilt.

Entrance to the hotel is easy, parking is clean and well lit, service is top notch and the staff are very friendly.
Not sure about the whole idea behind the 250ml water issued to the guests but its not really a big deal.
The Conference rooms are well lit and closed off.. At least no interruptions when you are in a meeting.
I rated 4 because there is still room for improvement especially the main buffet offerings.

Rooms and beds are a little small. Had a dirty towel in my room with makeup visibly on it. Dinner and breakfast options are good. Has rooftop bar and gym.

I love the bright dining space on the ground floor. The decor is amazing and the environment is perfect for a relaxed Sunday with your family or friends. I absolutely enjoyed my chicken curry and spare ribs.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. There are however some things that need improvement. The restaurant does not have many choices on the dinner menu so if you staying for more than 2 nights you have to start dining out. The hotel doesn't offer the option of swapping the soft pillows for hard pillows. Been having a tough time sleeping comfortably. Coffee is delicious but ridiculously priced in comparison to other stuff on the menu. If you like coffee during the day you'll quickly rake up the bill

Stayed for work and was extremely comfortable. There was a issue with the boiler which caused the shower to be a little cold but was a overall problem which was fixed before we left. Breakfast selection is really nice!

Chic and latest addition to Nairobi's growing hotel list. Suoerb "Live in" restaurant, pleasant views @ The Attic lounge and pub. Fine dining, though some portions may be petit. Signature "lamb shoulder" (to share) is a must try.
