Worst place ever. Services are terrible. Rooms not clean, no water in the toilet and leakage of water in the bathroom. Cannot recommend to anyone. Wifi very slow and keeps disconnnecting. The road to the hotel is very rough. Path to hotel rooms very dirty. There is hardly any parking and if you pick a room above ground floor, be ready to carry your luggage by yourself.

ran down from my previous visit. Service level was low. Engagement level also poor. Location is very good and the place can be restored to its old glory.

I booked one night here. What I saw in the pictures is completely opposite in reality. The toilet was leaking, and very dirty.
I ordered some food it took almost 2hrs!
Nice environment, but they need to renovate or do something about it.
    It wasn't the best experience

    Friendly staff throughout.
Food is cooked fresh and made to your requirements.
Drinks are offered both cold and warm throughout.
Ambiece is great for a single visit, group or family lunch.

The Resort is clean silent but without view and it might be difficult to locate. The rooms are cold because of trees, the place is green with many trees. Conference is of a good size but not that new style. I like meals provided but I don't agree with style they serve chicken. The hotel is cool for couples but not big family thought its a comfortable place for children but not dogs. I have a problem with parking, with the little space one my be forced to park outside to avoid hitting other cars. I am ok with the resort security.

I stayed here three nights and chose it for the cheaper price. This is also reflected in the quality and service. The room is actually fine, however, there was no hot water despite my efforts to turn on the heat switch and turn the different shower head settings.

Breakfast is ok, but make sure you actually get what you ordered! The waiter seems like he could not care less. He forgot to ask about beverages, I got different thing even though I ordered the same, and most of the time he was either busy on his phone, tablet or just not present in the restaurant. I don't believe he has had one day's training in his life! I asked him if he could turn down the tv, which was so loud that I could not hear what he was saying. He said yes, but then did not do anything until I caught his eye and shaked my head. But the tv was only replaced with the sound from aomw programme he and the other female waiter were watching on their tablet.

Food is not impressive, also dinner.

Obnluy good thing the the wifi. So if all you need is a place to sleep, it is ok. Otherwise choose somewhere else!

Quiet area within 15 - 20 minutes walking from Westlands bars like J's or Brew Bistro. Rooms are small and dark. Shower had hot water and bed was comfortable with nets and mosquito spray in the rooms. TV has only 4 channels and no international news channel. Breakfast was not included in the price I paid 4000 KES; with breakfast included it would be good value, without breakfast it is not worth paying over $40 USD. WiFi worked fine just have to reconnect often and anytime you move between routers.

Most staff are friendly and professional including Jude and Frida - who went out of their way to assist me and make my stay comfortable. The exception is the very rude and inexperienced young lady named Beatrice at front desk - terrible check-in experience with her and almost made me leave and change hotels.
