This is a nice place to spend your weekends. However, the owner is rude, arrogant and lacks customer service. She is only after your money. Don't bother spending your time and money here

Beautiful place with potential but I would caution anyone about going there. The lady owner is so rude, has poor customer service. She is just plain arrogant.

The place is located off Magadi Rd, near Olepolos. It's a self catering cottage, so you'd have to buy your own snacks and groceries. There's a cook at hand to assist, and if you don't want to bring along your own stuff, they can buy and make the food for you at a fee. It's quite hot, so make sure to carry very light and comfortable clothing. There's a fireplace for chilly nights. It's ideal for groups - carry drinks and lots of games to keep you engaged. They also allow pets, if they are not loud and/or hostile. Definitely going back soon.

Beautiful cottage with stunning views. Great for a relaxing break from the city. However, the only downside is that there are no activities to conduct around the cottage.

The irony is how beautiful the place is but with a terrible host. I couldn't fathom how arrogant and impolite the whole engagement was with the owner of this establishment. There is such a thing as customer service that is just not available here. It's a lane best ignored and forgotten.

Beautiful place but the lady owner of the place is very rude and condescending to clients. Worst customer service I have ever gotten from any place I've ever visited. My experience turned that beautiful place into a place I never want to visit again.

The location is breathtaking, the architecture is well thought out with a fusion of modern technology and antique furnishing. But, the major challenge is the lack of courtesy to incoming guests. After driving more than 2 hours to the location, the owner despite being in the residence felt it was okay to turn as back near sunset after we had already payed a deposit. This blunt approach to the service industry is a detriment to the long held culture of Kenyan hospitality.

I have been here twice now and I enjoy the place each time it has such a beautiful scenery you won't be disappointed the decor in the cottages are absolutely gorgeous and stunning.
