Such a nice place to be in. Nyamasaria market is almost another town on it's own. Food staffs and rentals are pocket friendly . Security is also good over here.Though with the issue of flooding , it depends on where you stay. Not all parts of Nyamasaria is always affected by floods. Karibuni Nyamash.!!!

The real Nyamasaria market is situated almost 1km of the behind Dubai Complex. It a small, somehow sleepy shopping centre with no special amenities. It's usually muddy during the rainy season and dusty when the season ends.

Upgrading of the Kisumu-Nairobi highway to a dual carriageway and the introduction of street lights, opened Nyamasaria to investments. This led to the building of Dubai Complex and other commercial buildings as well as residential.

The Dubai Complex is home to many establishments; supermarket, club, chemist shop, bar, restaurant. There are also grocery stalls by the roadside. Mpesa shops can easily be accessed in most buildings. There are filling stations available.

The market is highly accessible as the main highway transverses it. And it's only a
few minutes drive from the town, Kisumu town. There are tuktuks that carry people to and from town. Also available are the popular bodabodas. Taxi services can also be found here.

The gateway to kisumu.Anybody entering kisumu by vehicle,be it from either Nairobi, Mombasa kericho via kisumu- Nairobi highway has to come through this place.Nyamasaria is one of the fastest growing suburbs in kisumu .it houses some big and renowned hotel like Royal city and a branch of choppies chain of super markets.
