Excellent vacation facility which offers best holidaying experience. The beach and cuisine stood out.

The views here are awesome and they have a lot of space for guests to lay down and relax at the beach front. The food is also good, especially the seafood, I mean I LOVED the calamari. The cocktails are not the best though, the mixture of different elements was not really working. I was very disappointed by the fact that you can't get any drink past midnight..the restaurant and bar close at midnight..you can't even get juice or soda past this hour. The staff was also not as pleasant as other Kenyan hotels, they were very slow at times, forgot orders and they didn't like being reminded. Throughout my 4 day stay I asked for ice cream (because it's hot out there) for two days, they all kept telling me that they're bringing it and i never got it. Super disappointed! The rooms are average, so are the bathrooms, but the AC works really well in the rooms. There are monkeys roaming around the hotel and sometimes they come sit with you at your room balcony😊. The entertainment at the hotel is super fun; watersports, zumba, mini disco, musical games and cultural dances. So in short loved the food and location but was majorly disappointed by the service hence 3 stars.

Very beautiful place to call home away from home, the beach, swimming pool fabulous buh mostly waiters en the animation team, nice people, very clean rooms, thanks to phine safaris for the cutie spot.

The Neptune Village hotel is a great place!
Beautiful beach, nice people (animators and waiters), many attractions for kids and adults. I really recommend this hotel! 🏝😊

Service very very slowly worker's,specially reception, for local tourists they don't take you seriously, am still here. Our room was not well cleaned. compound and the beach give me the smile.still a lovely place.

Had a lovely experience at Neptune Village. Very friendly staff, hospitable and courteous. Good quality of food, very friendly waiters/waitresses, supervisors and managers, clean rooms, beach front rooms and most importantly is that the hotel has control over the beach boys (they are not nagging). Please include your mobile phones on your website. The landline numbers don't go through sometimes. Also, increase the water supply in the rooms. Two bottles are not enough for brushing teeth and drinking as well. Otherwise we have lovely time for the two weeks we spent with you. I won't hesitate coming back!

Warm greetings all in. Staff shepherd you from the touts. Air-conditioned bedroom had to get a duvet. Fantastic coral and fish snorkeling trips. Food suffers very slightly by being buffet but good choice. Lots of bottled water in your rooms and fridge.

The place is just the best for couples, families, friends name it. The rooms are superb, good customer care, friendly environment, amazing dishes and a variety of international cuisines. Loved every moment. Will be definitely be back

Standard Rooms are great with safe and refrigerators air-conditioned good toilets . Although service can some times be slow . And you have to pay for the use of the room safe . Food is good idea rate it at 6.5 out of 10 and desserts needs improvement so I score it a 5 .
