Cosy rooms with cosy balcony, providing a peace of mind in a serene place.
The long stretching garden with lots of sunbeds faces the blue sea!
The food was delicious with an array of choices from veg to non veg!
All the different bars served unlimited snacks and beverages!
An italian restaurant serves you all the delicacies of your choice!
The service was excellent with kind staffs, with lots of animation too.
A place not to be missed for having a good time!
Will definitely recommend to have best holiday in Neptune Paradise South Coast Mombasa!

Excellent views of the ocean, beach and the boats sailing by. Excellent food at the restaurant and snack bar. I loved the sea food and the authentic Swahili dishes. The pool is also very gorgeous and really nice to swim in. There's a bar set right next to it and you can have a drink while enjoying the pool. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Much better than their Neptune village resort colleagues. The only thing is that I wish the rooms had views of the ocean but they don't. That was a huge let down in the planning of the hotel. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay 😊 .

Rooms very cool, beach private and the hotel facilities quite good. Food could be improved. Stay away from the monkeys e.g. Don't eat food outside your room

I stayed at this all inclusive Resort. It's beach front, beautiful grounds, very clean. The buffet meals were great lots of variety. Excellent customer service.

Nice place for resting at the beach in the middle of winter. Delicious food, and not bad cocktail menu for all inclusive offer. The only thing which may bother is the very persistent hucksters which try to cheat you with price all the time.

no I know the category Ocean Front. That’s when you have your Room just either behind pool or disco and the see can be seen when you are 50m tall good point that’s the most expensive room category which also is lost noicy

Next to that the Paradise is okay. Rooms are a bit barren. The otherall condition of garden and seefront is nice and the beach is spectacular .

Food is available on a good variety, always with some fresh made things. 👍🏼

Good out to look for marine life when tide is low but please leave Seestars under water!!! There are enough beach boys that pull em out to impress tourist killing 30cm large pretty nice loving species 😤

Not sure why someone else would rate this as 2*! They must be used to staying at Buckingham Palace. This place is great. Staff are so warm and friendly. Food is great. Room was huge and wonderful. Wot a view of the Indian ocean. Brill, great and fabulous.
