War der Wahnsinn, soviel Luxus auf einmal. Man könnte sich dran gewöhnen. Essen perfekt, Unterkunft der Hammer, Service auch unschlagbar. Pirschfahrten ebenso toll. War ein Traum! Immer wieder gerne.

The best resort in the Mara , excellent accommodation , food , service and the game drives with drivers and guides who know the area and animals . Stay a week to enjoy the mara and all it offers at Neptune .

It was clear that if we had not spoken up about our poor accommodation, we would have staid in a room 3 levels down than what we paid for. I would recommend this place to nobody, certainly not to Western classy people who expect a minimum of standards.
We paid for the 4 standard tent for 8 adults for 2 nights. However we received 2 hotel staff room for four of us when we check in. Staff rooms???? !!! OK, we were informed occupancy was very high. (we were told that was normal! in a 5 star hotel! when you booked at Masai Mara!!!!) and there was no toilet mat !!!!! so zero privacy !!!! We had to argue 1 hours with the senior manager to get what we had paid for. Hotel manager explained the first night was oversold, second night will be move us back to normal standard room.
We were promised compensation after the trip, in the form of Full money-reduction or a lavish dinner to apologize for all the frustration and ruining our holidays. No compensation came. Well done service.
For future traveler : if you were booked rooms with confirmations , when you checked in , you will allocated in staff room without privacy. even you have no second choice go to other hotels due to long distance to next hotel. what are you going to do ????????? that will be your extremly wonderful story in Xmas family dinner .response / report this review -

Patrick the head chefs food was outstanding and always made something special for us. During our stay of 5 nights Peter waited on us took great care and attention. Jonathan, took us on our park rounds, was very good and knowledgeable on everything. He was able to spot a pride of lions that were easily a kilometer away. That was amazing.
Beautiful place with a view of the river from every room. Getting to see Hippos from your own tent was wonderful. The rest of the staff made us feel like we were staying in our own home.response / report this review
