I went in the evening. There weren't that many people. The service was nice. I sat outside under the shade provided. They have nice garden lights for the night. You can use other means than cash to pay like mpesa. They wanted to close but they didn't want to interrupt our moment so they referred to sit at the Java at Hurlingham. We refused and they let us use the outside space. It was a good gesture. There's parking space.

The Cappuccino at Java house is very appetizing and sweet. Once you take it, you even feel like taking more. Just stop at any Java outlet and see for yourself. The dirst tiime I took it. I couldn't resist another cup

AVOID this place unless you're suicidal! I Arrived here on a Saturday afternoon, the place wasn't too busy but I had to wait for over twenty minutes without being acknowledged nor served. I got tired of waiting and walked to the till area and asked a waiter for the menu. Consequently I ordered my food and drink both of which took ETERNITY to be served! Once the food arrived I thought "surely it can't get any worse". I was UTTERLY wrong, the delay had just been the precursor to my my imminent hellish experience. As I bit into my veggie burger I bit into something crunchy. Spat it out and boy oh boy it was a piece of glass!!! Needless to say that was the end of my meal. If you value you life shouldn't get anywhere close to this restaurant. Mediocre service and potentially life threatening food, its that serious!

The experience was great. Its a quiet enough place for short business meetings. The cappuccino is my best and the service delivery is amazing.

Beautiful setting and nice outdoor seating. It might get very busy in the afternoons. The management was very nice to us and brought another serve of pancake, after the first order was not it's standards. Generally I enjoy Java 🏡.

The location is perfect, in a quiet and serene environment. It's setting is definitely one of the best Java's I have been to. And most importantly the customer service is on point and as always I love Java food, it never goes wrong:)

Toilets dirty. Guests wait for long to be seven due to many guests. But supervisor is very good. Tries so hard ! (Lady in cream shirt)

I was charged an arm and a leg for parking by Upperhill medical center. Rather unfair considering I had spent a small fortune at Java. Will not be going back there unless they find an in-house solution to the matter.
