This is the worse place ever and I can’t recommend it at all! They have a lot of trouble being service-minded and the food are well beyond an acceptable level and it takes forever (read an hour) to get even easy food like chapati! The rooms have a lot of spiders and it was problems getting towels for everyone. The rooms are not clean at all. The staff doesn’t care and are really unfriendly, honestly if you are thinking of staying here I would recommend you to pay just a little extra for another place!

The rooms here are large, spacious and lovely. The ambience on the outside is great too. The service could do with some improvement though.

The chef does not get the order rightthe place is still under constructionvery disappointing! Would not advise anyone to visitankapull up your socks.

The view to Mt Kenya from the restaurant is just breathtaking.
Quiet, nice breeze.
Nice room accommodation.
Great customer service.
Different activities accommodating from couples to a family setting.
