  Pamela should get fired. She's slow and seriously rude.SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CLIENTS AT ALL.
  
  It took me a good 4 hours for me to get MRI.
  If you're in a hurry, I suggest you go elsewhere other that here guys

  Reception staff including this lady called Pamela at the desk are very slow and rude when it comes to customer service. Upon getting an MRI scan in the morning I was promised that the report would be sent to me in a timely manner at noon via email. At 6 pm they had still not sent it. I made countless calls as to why this happened but they would play tricks like cutting the phone or keep me waiting just to cut the phone again. Very disappointing.

  Well known for their MRI scanning at more affordable rates than the main hospitals. Very busy especially on Saturdays. The staff are helpful and polite.

  The doctor for CT scan never available. Someone has pressure dropping due to severe hunger is being told to sit and wait for 2 hours. Shameless service and rudeness.
