  I used them for the first time for dry cleaning and the service was great. I thought it was affordable too, I had two dresses, a cashmere sweater, and another sweater with gold loops around the collar. Total was 2,600 shillings or $19. Everything came back in one piece, smelling good, and pretty quick turnaround. I dropped my items off on Friday and picked them up on Monday.

  This cleaners are absolutely trash. RUN while you can. IF possible I would put 0 stars. Customer service is absolutely zero. They require everything to be paid in advance but to receive the clothes afterwards is a huge problem. It is the customer who must run after them to get updates on the delivery. Completely disrespectful. I had to spend 2 whole days at home waiting and cancelled everything I had to do, because I was waiting for the delivery.
  
  And when you insist they even stop picking your calls. I will nerver use them again.

  They don't even deserve one star ! Absolutely pathetic service. The guy who picked up the garments didn't even have the receipt book or pen.. didn't sign the pick up. I had to follow up whole day about the status of delivery.. the lady answering the call would say one min I will get back to you and would never get back. I had to repeatedly follow up. After following up tons of time I was told the delivery person will be there by 6. By 8 the person was still not there. I had adjusted my schedule to accommodate for receiving the delivery ! Zero respect for customers time.

  I called from Kilimani and they picked up my laundry the same day, late afternoon, and brought it back clean by 7:30 P.M.
