  This is the most pathetic laundry. I received comletely unprofessional service from r he staff memebers who were not helpfull in any manner after i was inquring on my t shirt that was missing from laundery batch she was rude 'Nanncy'. it is very disturbing when you dont have any trust as a customer. Keep the tshirt as you have lost a loyal customer as many referrals.

  Friendly service. Tourist friendly. They do wash and dry by the kilogram. They are very meticulous and itemized everything to ensure you get everything back. Highly recommended.

  Having been a long time and regular customer of Lavage, Westlands Branch, I recently received PATHETIC service from the team. I dropped clothes at the branch for cleaning but the guys decided to wash my shirt using water instead of dry cleaning and burnt them during ironing. I have lost valuable pieces of clothing and someone needs to be held responsible. The manager has been uncooperative and only offered to replace the shirts with some cheap Nairobi downtown shirt after following up for 4 months. I would advice taking your clothes to other laundromats in the City. Poor service.

  So helpful and very affordable compared to other places we tried. Only 350 for one load. The lady took extra care with some of my clothes including a complimentary dry clean for one of my pants. Thank you!
