Air conditioned tented camps a good place to take a weekend away from the city with a hot springs no better way to roast mbuzi on a bonfire

Looking for a weekend plan away from the city?
Lake Magadi is one of the best option, enjoy a game drive & swimming in hot water.
Just note, the temperatures here are very high, but it's worth it.
The place has also introduced Train (not SGR, hehe) so if planning to visit this amazing place, talk to me or check Lake Magadi Facebook page.

It’s very hot here, when I visited the temperature was about 44 degrees. But you can get water for free from local hotels or request the watchman at the gate to get you some.

This is a must do trip for all. From lovely sunrise and sunsets and natural hot springs bath, it's the perfect getaway destination. Fairly priced and easily accessible by road from Nairobi. The food (buffet) though isn't all that but the experiences make up for that shortcoming. The best time to take a dip in the hot springs is in the evening.

Lake Magadi is a beautiful place to visit. You get to see,raw salt, L Magadi Soda Co, some Wild life, bath in the hots springs and amazing views .
