We had a termite issue under the house and David went above and beyond expectations in explaining our options and then locally treating the infected areas of the house. He explained what he was doing and why and showed me pictures of the nests under the house. He even called out some potential plumbing and foundation things we should look into. Fast, friendly service. Ronin is now our go-to for any pest issues in the future and I hope we get David again if it happens.

I found the technician to be extremely knowledgeable with evaluations and recommendations. I am opting for a 4 times a year treatment and prevention plan. Also, recommendations were made to me in regard to fumigation and pest control. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I have been using there service for flea control for 1year. As i have my lovely dog Pakch.I normally have a problem with fleas everywhere.They are Eco-friendly I have never had any complication in related to chemical i recommend Alpha.

Just bought a new house out in the outskirts of Nairobi complete with all critters.I made appointment with Alpha.They are very friendly,and knowledgeable service. It has been a couple of months since i used their services.We had 0 issues with crickets grasshoppers,and spiders coming into the house.The best part was also affordable pricing and self help tips.I will not use anyone else for our pest control needs except this guys.

I have used Alpha pest control Kenya for years. They are really good and really helpful. They have eradicated carpenter ants and a bad infestation of mud wasps for me. They have also done work for my disabled son who lives independently and they were very understanding about his circumstances. They have also always been very helpful with information. Good pest control can be expensive. I find their prices competitive. They will also tell you if you don't need to do anything unlike big companies that want to come in and will give you excellent advice over the phone.

Have been using their services for about 5 months. They have been great as far as we always know when they are here. We requested to have them come to our door when they arrive and leave so that we know the work is being done..our last pest people would never do that and we could never tell if they had been there or not. ---- this place does and that is the biggest reason we love them! We see the occasional spider but that is part of living in Karen Nairobi. For the most part we never see anything.

About THE only thing I would say I dislike is that we have a 'critter' (small squirrel or the like) that has crawled into our shelter and died they don't remove dead pests so I have yet to get it out.ewwww. Other than that all is well - we are very satisfied!

Since the weather is starting to heat up in the bay area, I noticed a ton of ants outside my house, and some were making its way into my garage. Yuck!! I called Alpha right away before the problem got any worse and spoke with Fredrick. This was the first time I've ever called a pest control company for anything so I had no idea what I needed to do. Fredrick was very helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through the entire process from start to finish. I called on a Monday, and he had an available specialist at the time to come over, but I was in class, so had to wait until Wednesday for someone to swing by.

Fredrick was over at my house right on time and he was very easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking a million questions since I had safety concerns re: pest control and my toddler and dog. He told me some information about the two sprays he would be using, and even wrote the names down so I could google them later. The whole process took maybe about 45 minutes - including spraying the garage, the front yard, and our entire backyard. He was able to locate the ants nest (ick, I have chills just writing that), and he took care of that problem. I think he said it might take a few days for the ants to really go away, but within a few hours, they were all gone!!

He also went above and beyond to help me. Our house has a crawl space, and the small entrance on the side was open because my husband haven't had the time to screw it back on. Fredrick was concerned that a raccoon or some other small animal could get in and create a bigger problem, so he closed it up for me. He was also able to identify a spider that I saw a year ago just from looking at a blurry iPhone photo. This guy really knows his stuff!

I am super happy that I called Alpha to come help me with my ant problem. They really do care about helping their customers! Thanks Alpha!

I chose Alpha Ecological pest control based on google reviews, but honestly thought that most of the reviews were written by friends of the company and what not. Well, I am not a friend/family of anyone who works there and I ADORE this company. They are not only professional, but so kind! They always responded quickly and cheerfully to my inquiries and needs. You kind of never know what you are going to get when you randomly call up for service in this city and sometimes I don't feel safe letting strangers into my home to work when I am here alone. William made me so comfortable and at ease and I can tell he is just good guy! He not only had good people skills, but clearly knows exactly what he is doing regarding pest control. He was incredibly efficient and informative. Have no reservations about calling these guys, they are the real deal!
