  I have walked past this restaurant many times while visiting the Hub. Always busy and the food looks lovely. I am not sure what happened today, but my first visit was rather underwhelming. While service is friendly and quick and the fresh bread and complementary parmezaan cheese is a very nice touch. I visit restaurants to eat. And this is where the problem started. I ordered lasagna and with the amazing service it arrived very quickly. With a dry looking spot on the top I should have known. Boiling hot on the top but when I reached the cold spot in center I knew. Microwave. Very disappointing. Especially when I have been looking forward to this place for quite a while. For the first time I had to send something back to the kitchen. Looking at all the nice reviews of late it might just have been hiccup. The staff nicely resolved the issue, but I don't think I'll be back.

  Orders can take longer than usual. Waiter are not in a rush to serve you but on the positive the place is serine
