Very nice hotel in first row too the beach. There is an Independent kiteschool on the ground and a fairly good restaurant. Can recommend the large rooms on the first floor with a huge balcony and a stunning view. The pool is located behind the main hotel building which is nive because there is no wind.

A very beautiful cosy little hotel right at the beach. The service is excellent and it has a restaurant included (Lymington's), which runs separately, that's why it is "only" called a bed and breakfast

I love this place! Friendly owner of restaurant provided excellent food at very reasonable prices. Wines are also lower in price that other locations. Good value for your money! Kite Village draws a friendly mixture of nationalities.

Great location, very poor service:
Kenyaways is famous especially amongst Kite surfers for many good reasons. The location is nice and it mostly offers good rates. It easily could get a five star rating. However, the waiters were repeatedly very unfriendly and not helpful. It is one thing to have breakfast times up to 10am but it is another thing how to react to a clients request for an omelet at 11am. The explanation given was first 'we don't have eggs anymore' and when I asked the chef he told me he has to keep the eggs for the clients tomorrow. All said in a very unpolite manner. Too bad but totally unacceptable. If this changes Kenyaways clearly deserves a 5-start rating.

Relaxed and chilled place right on the beach. Great atmosphere, simple but comfortable rooms with hot water and towels etc. Wonderful sea view and beachfront area.

We stayed at Kenyaways in January for 16 days, and would have loved to longer. The rooms are traditional with a lot of space. Every room has a patio with extra couches, there is a kitchen that can be used by the guests. On the groundfloor is also a restaurant offering breakfast (can be booked with room), snacks, lunch and dinner. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Mosquito nets are above every bed. Beware of the monkeys.
