Kcb especially the Diaspora branch is very unhelpfu. Starting from the entrance where the Rudest human beings sit. These people who's job is the give customers access to managers on 6 floor suck at their job. There was this fat lady with curly braids who sits there, she don't look at anyone, I and my sister were meant to stand for more than 5 minutes trying to gain access from the elevators after being sent up and down. That angry woman with braids was just tooooo rude to help us, why why do Kenyan women have ZERO customer service. I was ashamed, I will ruther take my business somewhere else the next time I travel back to kenya. That woman and her coworkers gave me PTSD. What is the use of having a diapora branch when u can not get any help horrible people horrible anger, horrible. I'm not the first one to experience there rudeness. What does it cost people especially women to be nice in Kenya?

You may think its a booking zone at the airport only to realize you are at the bank. Cool environment and spacious enough for banking activities. I was actually served very fast at this branch. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The security checks are above standards and once you are in there's a feeling of relaxation and calmness.

This is arguably the biggest branch of KCB by virtue of the space occupied as well as the number of tellers and other staff members helping clients out. This branch, like many others, make great use of technology in their operations, especially the queuing one. They also have an ATM inside the branch specifically for instant cash deposits. The staff is kind and helpful for the most part. There's plenty of space and the seats are enough for the waiting clients. Despite the high number of teller counters, most are not occupied by the staff. At some point, the service is slow as a result of this. The new security procedures at the door with the scans is good albeit at the expense of efficiency. There's a wheelchair accessible entrance. It is also the only branch that closes at 1800hrs within the CBD at the time of this writing.

If you can go to another branch, please do. Don't get me wrong the staff here are really helpful and you will be served but it's the numbers here that are annoying. It's always busy and congested. If speed is your thing, then I suggest you go to another branch. Here services are great but am afraid not quick due to the high number of people. However, you'll still be served and attended to by their very helpful staff. And the banking hall is wheelchair accessible and there's always someone to help people with special needs #letsguide #accessibility

The banking hall is very busy but still people are attended to very efficiently.
The staff here are very helpful based on previous encounters
Also they close at 4pm on Saturday's which is convenient as no other branch is open this late on weekends.
