My husband and I booked a 17 day tour with Moureen which included Kenya and Zanzibar (Z Hotel - if you go to Zanzibar I highly recommend it too, amazing food and location). Moureen was very helpful pre-booking and also supported us through some minor trip issues (Emirates lost our luggage for the duration of the trip). Booking from Australia and it being my first time in East Africa, I put a lot of trust in booking with a local agent, but overall it was a good result.
