Nice place to live. Good transport connection. Of late large apartments coming up which may make it a bit crowded.

Great place!!! Affordable rentprices vary though..for like a beditter it ranges from 11k-13.5k. Public transport is available at kencom number 5 and they stop operating at 10pm. No water problems..well,90% !plus it’s easily accessible through joseph kangethe Road from Ngong road🙂

Residential housing for middle class. It is near a gym and club. There is a hotel and and sports club. Accessible to public transportation

Looking for a house ? Stick to Jamuhuri Phase 1 which has better planning, good open spaces/ playing fields, gated community feel, common parking areas etc However, the house may need updating.
Avoid Jamuhuri Phase 2 with its concrete jungle maze of poorly built and planned blocks of flats with no parking and exobitant rentsresponse / report this review -
