  Established by a global award experienced barista, Pete's coffee brings the best coffee and food experience. They currently have 2 locations within Nairobi and looking at expanding more. If you happen to be around Ngong' rd, make a point of visiting them at the ground floor of Bishop Magua

  Take away breakfast and it took 30minutes to get an Americano and Samosa. Attendants unprofessional and unkind.

  Lovely spin on Mexican food in Nairobi with their chapati-inspired burritos annd tacos. Personal favorite is fish tacos. Great, great and strong coffee and breakfast menu.
  
  Nice coffee shop to dive in and get some work done as well at any time of the day.

  It was closed when we went there looking for burritos. One star for the unprofessional reception. We found attendants who wouldn't care to explain nicely that they were closed already.

  I wanted to come here for Cinco de Mayo, but didn't make it until the day after. This is the best Mexican food I've had here in Kenya, but that's not a particularly high bar. I had a veggie quesadilla (they were out of spinach) and a beef burrito. Overall, I thought the burrito was quite good. The flavors were pretty close to burritos in the US and the rice and beans had the right texture. I wasn't as impressed with the quesadilla, finding that the side dish of french fries were the best part. The main ingredient in a quesadilla is cheese and this one had very little cheese. There were plenty of vegetables, but it wasn't the taste I was hoping for.
  The setting is quite pleasant. My experience was diminished because there was some painting going on in other parts of the building, so paint fumes kept disturbing my meal, but that's just my bad luck, not a reflection on Petes.
  I would return next time I feel like Mexican food. Back home in the US, this would be an unremarkable place, but here it's the best around.

  Food is quite alright considering how few Mexican restaurants there are in Nairobi. Parking is a disaster as only building tenants are allowed to park in the basement. Very nice outdoor seating setup though a lack of outlets means you won't spend too much time here if you're a keyboard warrior
