Old Swahili style ambience makes a great coffee experience.
The sitting area is very comfortable and time appropriate.
We love this place. If you are in Mombasa Old Town you have to visit the Jahazi Coffee House.
Very private with traditional setup. I liked it
OK, loved the furniture but not the service ..glasses for water were dusty!
Well tasting mutton byriani and fantastic spiced ice tea for 400sh (lunch deal) - can't go wrong!
It's one of my favorite place to go relaxrecline and enjoy a good meal

Lovely little placed tucked away in the old town. Really unique atmosphere.
Love the local taste in it
It has amazing Swahili dishes!
Serenity and cool sea breeze.
Very cosy Swahili style coffee house in Mombasa Old Town. The seating is Swahili style - on cushions and carpets .
Jahazi , very lovely Swahili hotel. Good music wifi for free and very relaxing .
Situated in the heart of Old-Town Mombasa, Jahazi serves up some amazing coffee and sweets. I came with a group of 4 and we sat in the beautiful room to the right where the ambience is on point. Unfortunately they were out of most of the starter options, but the rest of the menu was delicious. If you're looking for some traditional Swahili-style coffee and treats, this is the place to check out.
