  Took in my car for full detailing. Average quality with several errors of omission/commission. Seats were washed with water instead of foam leaving them wet. Fabric boot covers were put in wet leaving the vehicle with a damp smell. Dashboard and plastic panels were applied with heavy coating of polish with absolutely no rub in. Had to later personally rub in the polish by cloth.
  
  Most terrible part was the buffing. The vehicle ended up with more scratches and peeled paint than it went in with(sad). This is because they use a roaming buffing guy who is more interested in getting paid for many jobs than actually doing the job well. Only saving grace is the manager offered to correct this. The correction was satisfactory(to the extent possible after the damage). The 2nd buffing however left swirl marks around on different body panels. Waxing was very light, if at all done.
  
  Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work done for a place touting itself as highly professional with high end vehicles. Were it not for the manager's attempt to remedy the situation, place would have deserved 1 star.
