Absolutely rubbish service and don't care about people and rude.. Not organised at all changing rules in 5mins that is not right.. Sending everyone home thinking we have time to come see their rude faces everyday. People are working not free like your staffs think. Lady infront of me came to apply for oci of her family it went through and when I went next to apply for my husband rules changed saying need the person has to come apply himself.. How is that possible??? Rubbish pathetic being Indians cnt help Indians.

Nobody picks up the phone when you dial the numbers listed on the website. Extremely rude and inconsiderate when they eventually pick up my call after 3 hours of continuously trying almost like I owe them something. I absolutely wish to never have to deal with these people ever again.
