Hilft immer und schnell weiter. Mein Mann hatte das Visum innerhalb von 2 Tagen. Mails werden schnell beantwortet.

The embassy does not have a waiting area if you are arrive there before 9:00 means you have to wait outside the compound even during rain seasons. The services are generally reasonably timed which is good.

Very inefficient and uncooperative. I received a letter from the Austrian authorities entirely in German and the embassy could not even attempt to translate it for me or provide a translated version since the letter was not sealed and they had access to the contents of the letter. Instead, the lady I was dealing with proceeded to tell me in a very rude and casual manner to look for a translator.
