  I was there at their platinum restaurant - Moi Avenue on 16/5/2024 and asked for a menu. From then on I was not served again for 20mins. And when the waitress came to my table she only served my companion and refused to serve me so we left. Poor service, arrogant staff,. If you complain to the supervisors in green/white uniform they just walk away. Go elsewhere!

  Id does not get full 5 Star oly because all my first choices of food and drink (gizzard fries and Picana) were all unavailable. I went for liver and fries and they did not disappoint. Service is fast. Also to note you pay for your food first b4 behind served eating. It was a bit crowded since it was lunch hour so I got a sit near the washroom so that was a No for me had to wait for a table to get free b4 moving.

  Mediocre food and service compared to other restaurants in a similar price range.
  I was asked to pay before service. Maybe it is norm, but I was shocked. Once I saw the small portion of beef, I understood why pay in advance.
  It was so stringy and flavorless I left most of it on the plate.
  
  The soup had traces of beef flavor if you squint hard. Don't get me started on the salad because I just Kant!
  
  I should have bought yoghurt at a supermarket.

  A middle class restaurant featuring Kenyan cuisine.
  
  The prices are fairly moderate.
  
  Their food is great, especially beef, chicken and rice dishes.
  
  Their fish not so great.
  
  Tea, dawa and coffee also served.
  
  It also serves creams of various flavours.
  
  The seats are comfortable. However, it gets too congested during rush hours.
  
  The waitresses are friendly and beautiful.

  We as Manchester city Kenyan fans always meet during matches at the restaurant.
  Simply because of its location in the Central business district, the menu is one to look forward to, the drinks are affordable, the music and DJ are awesome he'll keep you dancing, DStv, security and privacy are considerate of the customer. And the services are great.
  You just have to love this place.

  The food is well cooked and really good. Service is quick and there is always a manager than is around to make sure customers are being well catered to. Only disadvantage is that it gets a bit too noisy when full. On the plus side they have a separate coffee area lounge.

  I'm at the restaurant right now and the manager's so rude, refused to serve me drinks because I wanted to pay by card and did not want to run the card so many times
  I have to leave and go to the next club. I'm so dissapointed in this club.
  The club is also full of COAKROACHES!!!!!! You can barley eat in peace
  Head on there at your own risk.
  You have been warned!
  
  Your once loyal customer.
  So dissapointed!

  They charge you 200 shillings for breaking a glass.... That's exaggerated; it's a very cheap tumbler... why 200/=. However, the food is nice although the service is slow.

  The best place to relax as you watch the English Premier League!...Friendly & courteous waiters & waitresses.
