I had a fantastic experience with Shopit in a recent rush to purchase a much-desired product for a Christmas gift. Alice in the customer service department was especially helpful and responsive via phone and WhatsApp. The whole team was professional, responsive, and even showed amazing follow-up after a glitch with my visa card. Notable was Fredrick in the finance department. This was hugely appreciated. I'll be back!

I had the worst customer experience ever!. The agents and "suppliers" are not genuine on their pricing and products availability. I spent 4 hours at the shop as they skillfully tried to coerce me into buying a product I didn't want. I needed Toshiba 1 TB HDD of which they confirmed was in stock. After paying I was told to wait for between 30 to 45 min. After the lapse of 45 min, I was told to take a different brand with the same capacity. After insisting on my preference, a few phone calls were made and I was told the one I needed was 1k above what I already paid. I "downgraded" my capacity to 500GB which I was told it was available. Again things changed, I was told it is not available, that I should take the other brand. The agents seem not to care. Some other guy kept on telling me I wait for 5 minutes which turned to an hour. They refused to neither refund my cash nor let me talk to their superior. Buyers, Should you find yourself in this shop, NEVER make a mistake of paying before a product is delivered to you. If you are mindful of great service, then definitely this is not the shop for you.

Found their customer service before and after purchase excellent. I received friendly and helpful advice and support when buying a laptop from them which was very competitively priced and great value for money. Whenever in need of I.
