  I recently booked in my phone for repairs at one of your outlets in Kisumu Mega and I was surprised that courier charges and diagnosis fee are FREE. Fonexpress your repair services are reliable despite location. I really appreciate it.

  I went to the shop - which was empty... They claim that they MUST keep your phone for more than 48hrs to correct firmware problems (which only takes 30 mins or less to re-install) . Furthermore the technicians are present, however customers are not allowed to sit with them - For whatever reason... I also learned that they won't fix your phone if the screen is broken, therefore, if you need to get your motherboard replaced or something that is not related to the screen, you'll have to pay for a screen replacement as well as the services you originally came for, which I can only describe as nonesense. Never going there again.
