  Poor customer care, they don't have a till number instead of paying 400/- to Nakuru like the person paying cash, you pay 410/- add mpesa charges since you are sending to a persons number. For such a busy Sacco a fail to get the logic

  The best public service vans to take on the Eldoret Nakuru route! Staff are generally courteous if not a bit hurried. However, always be aware that the people you find at public bus stages in Kenya should always be viewed suspiciously. They always have vested interest and usually mislead people. Do your research before you get there. But this Sacco does their job fairly well. Their vehicles are also in good shape and fairly new.
