I called this facility to book neurologist consultation for my parents. They came, paid for consultation at 12 and had to wait till 4Pm for the doctor to come, only to send them for investigation and be gone before they were back with results. My parents had to travel to your facility. It is very unethical and unprofessional

This is for a friend of mine: 2018: 3 errors during a root canal filling (2 different doctors had a look at the x-ray this week and told the same.)
1. perforation of the root canal, so an infection of the gum can "go" into the tooth.
2. the filling was much to short
3. no crown, but a filling only, without giving a hint, that a filling is not good at all, because bakteries will come threw the edges of the filling after some years and then a re-infection is sure. So a crown is a must. (It is difference to a hole, where a filling is o.k., if the hole is not very big.)

The re-infection caused an abscess and a hole in the bone of the jaw.

Today I visited the hospital. I had on issue with my NHIF card juu kumbe I had a balance of one month. After paying for the NHIF there is this lady at the reception who rudely told me hii hospitali sio ya kila mtu. I just had to move out with my sick 2 years daughter. I don't know if that hospital belonging to that receptionist mother or what. That was so rude of her

I can give it 2 stars since they do not care about patients health.from my experience when someone is sick and went for a treatment the first thing to do is check the blood pressure and temperature.please give good training to your nurses.
