The staff In zongtong bus from Malindi are lovely guys but then take the second bus you will regret the whole journey thro.first VIP seats are the worst just like normal seats and one pays 2000 for VIP??? So if you are used to traveling with zongtong to Malindi please to it never take an option of the second bus!!!you better take Chania instead

I love here because it is close to my place of work. It is in town and I do not need to commute to work every time. Rooms are the problem, they are expensive. It is close to Major commuter buse's booking offices it is rare to miss a bus and can travel at anytime of the night or day. It is safe

Good service but can be made best.
The Busia bus not done professionally, very noisy very disorganised with passengers being seated according to bribes.
