Dear modern coast. I hope i will arrive alive in nairrobi. Currently on a trip to nairobi from
Malinidi. Bus is old. Drivers are real assholes on the road and they drive very wreckless! Also they allre looking and scraming more to their assistent then keeping an eye on the road. This is not safe. We allmost hit a truck here. People please dont travel with this agency! Very unsafe!response / report this review -

This bus is no longer safe to travel with. We got an accident after the company let us travel with an old unroadworthy bus and took hours to even report to the scene yet another bus blew up in flames in which one of relatives was travelling in. It might be poor management but seriously buses of the likes of "Snow White " (one of their extremely old buses) should not be on the road.

One of the best bus company in kenya. I like your service and buses. Would have rated 5 star bt less coz of:
1. Downloaded your app 3 times yet none has worked efficiently.
2. Some of your staff are rude. VERY RUDE. Give them numbers and we will report individuals.
