  Finally decided to get an orthopedic mattress after months of getting up with back aches. I have been sleeping better since I got one from Dr. Mattress. My loved it so we got her one too, and her back aches have reduced tremendously. I also got the memory foam pillows and my neck does not ache any more.
  
  The services are the Sameer Park Branch is really good. I got all the items from there. They delivered on time. They even referred me to a courier company that delivered my items at home upcountry.
  
  One time I bought an item and they did not apply a discount. After I asked they later gave me a refund, which I used to get another item.
  
  My advise is getting a mattress encasement together with the mattress. They are white, and I don’t think there is a way to clean any dirt. I got my encasement after a while. Now my white mattress has a dirty brown patch I have no idea where it came from, and there is no way of cleaning it.

  Great Reception and after sale services, Good quality mattresses & related Accessories. I recommend any one who wants value for his money to visit Dr. Mattress. I chose Dr. Mattress after sampling all the manufacturers in the market and selected them for quality. I will be back for more. Thank you!

  I have used orthopaedic mattress before and this is different. I now have backaches. I'm just wondering, orthopaedic mattresses are firm ,yours is soft. Why use orthopaedic to sell aches to customers. I'm very confused

  Delay in delivery of my mattress. Instead of customer service being open and honest, they keep giving false information, lost a whole day waiting for it.
  I hope they dont delay my refund as much as they delayed delivery.
