Good furniture and deals when on offer but management and by extension staff handling of customers is very poor. One of the directors had the temerity to lecture me because I complained about an item that was five days late in delivery. Very shameful. He told me I should have used the word "please" in making my request for delivery. I have no words. Last weekend, I met another customer complaining bitterly at their Mombasa Road store to the point of crying when staff handled her callously. Unacceptable in this day and age. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Would seriously reconsider ever shopping there again.

Very nice and unique products. They do deliveries as well but the delivery is about pricey 3000 which is waaay way for me given that I live along Mombasa road as well.

They have amazing and good quality furniture. Their couches are locally made and you get to choose the fabric and patterns that you want to combine. They also have an array of bistro chairs at an affordable price. I'm also a huge fan of their glassware and dinnerware which is quite affordable.

The dining table's great, but the customer service element is poor. It took 45 minutes to process the payment, and the table arrived scratched and with three noticeable chips on the top edge. When I called to notify the shop, the response was, "it's going to get scratched anyway." Now, waiting on day 6 for the damn chair cushions to show up, and I'm told they "MIGHT deliver them." Really? I already paid for them!! Deliver the damn cushions, already. And once you do, I'm never coming back. Greed, laziness, and piss poor servicethat's Odds & Ends.
