I gained so much knowledge at Destiny Life Coaching. I was able to understand various skills in coaching and various models used in life coaching. This has changed my life since I am now able to apply different models as I practice coaching. I am more knowledgeable as a life coach.
Additionally, I am more confident as a life coach than I was before I went through this training. Having an opportunity to practice coaching with my class mates made me feel confident that I can do it out there. I learnt the art of asking the right questions which I did not really know before.
I am now able to develop life goals and help others to do the same. Destiny life coaching has enabled me to be more practical in life by enabling me to develop realistic goals. I am so glad that I can review progress and improve on areas that I am not doing well.
This training has enabled me to do my work better. Having gone through this training, I was asked to review goals for first year university students in order to help them develop realistic goals. I was able to effortlessly do this with the knowledge that I gained in class. I am glad that I am currently empowering them to constantly review progress in the attainment of their life goals.
The ‘I am’ concept was such a powerful statement that I will constantly apply in life. I learnt to call the things that are not as though they are. I have constantly reminded myself that I am able to do so much in life. Through this training, I have been able to discover my ultimate vision in life which is to empower people for full potential. I have also learnt to live out my vision now.
I also learnt to look at life’s challenges as opportunities for me to become better.

Taking Life coaching class has been a journey,a journey of reflection,a journey of dealing with reality and mostly,a journey of personal growth.I speak of immense growth because I have been able to deal with fears ,understand myself and get inspiration to enjoy life in the now.I would break my biggest learning points as;-

Inspiration

Having had a teacher who gave his self disclosure and made us understand where he has come from and where he is at has been a big inspiration to me. Life places us in certain places and stages in life for a reason. I believe there is a reason as to why, I had to meet the coach Jeff at this point in time and learn from him. Secondly, amongst us, there are students in class who shared their personal fears ,mistakes and gave their inspiring story about the push, energy they got from becoming aware of what blocks them, choosing to rise above these things and sharing the end success story.

Insights

I have been able to get insights on how I can progress my life from here.Some of the students have already gone ahead and started life coaching services and have been sharing the information with us.I appreciate the wealth of information and experience in the class I got to be in ,which gives me the proper push to set up and begin my very own services as a life coach.
Understandings

There is nothing as beautiful as living in awareness.To me this is the meaning of understanding.It is the ability of consciously acknowledging the situation and getting to clearly see the reasons behind the situation with a view of the self.Knowing how the self played a role in the scenario,or a role in that life scenery.I purposely,engaged myself from the beginning of the class,sought to understand me ,dealt with my past, chose to created my now through enacting the power of the choice,affirmation and lifestyle.I am now able to easily understand why people are stuck in life through the lessons learnt in life coaching.

Breakthroughs

I have been able to get breakthroughs in my own personal life in all areas starting with the physical where I am able to observe a healthy life style,psychologically, setting up myself to always exist in a good mental environment that promotes healthy choices,spiritually,ensuring that I acknowledge the presence of God in my life,His power and be ware that I cannot do without him.Socially,I specifically chose friends who help me grow and have done away with those who are not helping me in any way.Economically ,I am able to make better financial choices.

I want to say thank you for I am a step ahead from where I was.. Personally I have never met Mr. Jeff, but the impact that he had on me over our phone sessions was immense. Was asking myself, that, if he could have such an impact on my life over the phone, what will it be like to meet him face to face??What am trying to say is, he is a real motivator and an understanding person,he can turn a worst situation around for you for a better one. I am here and am ready to testify if time and space be. If all people and leaders could be like him, looking at life given any situation could be better.

I came to Destiny intending to be trained so that I could become a professional life coach but I didn't know I would get that so much more. I got reintroduced to myself. My life truly began here. I found me. I got a new beginning that I was desperate for, and in an environment where I was given the freedom to be 1005 myself. My career & every other aspect of my life is built on the foundation of the experience I had at Destiny. I found my destiny for sure, and I'm living it everyday.
