The place is off Kitale, Endebess, Suam road. I enjoyed the scenic grandeur eclipsing Kitale town with a sneak preview of expansive ranch situated on the eastern side of the resort. There is a cool breeze from the Cherang'anyi hill bringing in fresh aromatic sense of the natural environment. The hostels look comfy with a nearby swimming pool ideal for a family outing. One thing I like about the place is the serenity brought about by the cool environs of deep sea. The facility is accessible to all and the meals are quite sumptuous and it delicacies appealing.

My Customer care experience right from the subordinate staff to the top management was HORRIBLE! I had an issue to raise with them but they were not only willing to help and furthermore they were very dismissive and extremely rude. The manager I talked to (Mr Moses M ) was very uncooperative and callous. I don't recommend this place to anyone mostly because of the poor customer care service.

It is a quiet place on weekdays and when children are at school. However when schools close most students are there on weekends for swimming and also clubbing.
