I love the pizza here. Though it may take sometime for it be prepared it is worth the wait over other pizza shops in town. Problem is if you go there when there is a huge crowd and you are hungry. It will take sometime to get served. Also their vegy pizza is on point.

You want fast foods great pizza 🍕, nice, clean, open and spacious place for large group of friends this is a great place. There's an outdoor open seating place that's cool if it probably gets hot inside.
There's a wait that's not long after ordering. The food is great and there's drinks available for sale. One good thing is that it's near University of Nairobi and thus a good stop for students.

Once upon a time, Debonairs used to run the streets of pizza town in Nairobi. Nowadays, Pizza In, Pizza Hut and Dominoes run this town. Its set at a student friendly location so expect to find a pack of University students grabbing a meal or catching up here - especially on Wacky Wednesdays.

The pizzas used to be great per my taste buds, though it feels like I had one too many. Would recommend anyone who hasn't had enough Debonairs to take advantage of the double specials.

The customer service leaves alot to be desired. The employees have alot of attitude. The service is too slow.. I've been waiting for my order for more than 30 minutes and they don't seem to care.

It's a good place to unwind and chat with your friends.
Well the ambience is just like in any other fast food joint.
Only thing to complain about is the thickness of their pizzait's like eating a sheet of paper! As off that's not enough, it takes a LONG time to prepare the food ordered.
VERDICT: Good but there's a room for improvement. 😊

Ordered Pizza at 5pm. Waiting time = 1hour. Went to class until 8.30pm. Returned to collect at 9pm and pizza was ready (and I saw it carton written receipt #247) BUT decided to have dinner hence ordered and sat, promising to collect pizza on the way out.
Time to leave & Pizza is missing.
The cashier promises the Manager that Pizza was at a particular spot 45 mins ago (which was true) but Manager argues that I took too long to collect the Pizza ???!!! With no apology and only total blame to the customer!
Bottom line is, the pizza was PAID for and BOOKED by number! I know you close at 11pm so I CAN pick my pizza at any time before you close!
Quality Function Deployment! Do NOT look for reason to blame the customer .. simple Customer Service dictates common sense !!!
