Customer service is horrible .The food is average . The rooms are good .

Very slow service. Understaffed. The staff needs to be trained on customer service. Pool water was cloudy. Had a bad experience. The grounds are beautiful though.

Pros:
Proximity to the conservancy.
Food is consistent and the view is to die for.

Cons:
If you take a bunch of photos on safari and plan on using wireless internetgood luck. The internet is so slow it is impossible to upload anything.
Would you like to wash off the dirt and dust after a safari? I hope you like cold showers! If more then half the rooms as full it takes 15 minutes for the water to even get luke warm at best.
Even if the bar is empty some nights there is a hideous DJ that spins the worst dance music until well after 10 that you can hear everywhere on the property.
Walls are paper thin

Great place. Rooms overlooking the ol pajeta conservancy. You will view atleast two big fives at the comfort of your balcony, as Rhinos and Elephants enjoy their morning graze with zebras. Nice bar, lounge, swimming pool , restaurant making it great place for family. To view more animals just take a game drive in the conservancy
