It's a very good place to sleep in. Well kept rooms with balconies that give you a beautiful view of the busy Nairobi street below. They have really friendly staffs. But expect to be disappointed 😔 😔 with the CRT old-school TVs in the rooms that only have two local channels.

Only thing I liked was the food at the restaurant. Everything else was terrible. Tiny rooms. Squeezed. Untidy. Sink next to the headboard. Horrible.

The staff are very courteous. The askaris are very supportive and the rooms are very clean. However there is no information provided where you can get your meals now that you don't offer breakfast in your package. Let us know whether we can get room service or show us the restaurant. Instead of just giving us the key to the room and it ends there. Make us feel important. You can gain more on that

City Wall Hotel is located in down town Nairobi. I'd rate it as a 2 star hotel. Their food is nice. The only concern would be its location; down town Nairobi is not a place you'd love to be unless you really have to
