Dear eastleigh consumers and travelers please stay away this hotel so called Grand royal unless you look this service.

1 very rude staff front desk an restaurant un-knowgingble their job.

2.loud noises coming from party room an tons slii dhoocil runing around holeways.

3 dirty sheets, poor breakfast, poor WiFi signal

Please if you value your buck an looking relaxed place look elsewhere like nomad.

Nice and clean. Very luxurious for 3000KSL ($30). Very big hotel has everything you need restaurant, coffee shop, prayer facilities, gym, massage, laundry, lounge. Good service provided.
Would have given it 5 stars, if it was not for 2 things.
1. There is only 1 lift hotel has around 200 rooms
2. Hotel is open 24/7 so it gets a bit noisy sometimes.

Grand Royal is quite good Modern Hotel here in Eastleigh Nairobi Kenya.A place you can enjoy with your family, a place you can even have a wedding there, meeting etc. I like it.

1. Customer service 0%
2. Poor hygiene
(bed sheets are dirty and stained)
3.No hot water

I was in there 4 days I haven't seen hotel like this poor service bad customer and the manager is chowing all night he can help you during the day bcz he s tired and elevator is not working no hot water no air conditioner you can't even get a shower poor service I move into barakat hotel through my journey hey stay two weeks in Barakat grand royal they must change the management to a better hotel

The hotel service is deteriorating. The sheets and pillows have stains and customer service is very poor. The cleanliness of inside the hotel was good. I stayed 3 nights in total. Even though I paid, I was asked to pay again! This means their record keeping is terrible. Make sure you ask for a receipt every time including when you request an extra bed. I will never stay there again.
