Cicada hotel is located along Iten-Eldoret road opposite Eldoret Fire station next to Chepkoilel bus stop. The hotel is situated in Cicada arcade next to MUSCO towers.
The hotel is to the East of Sirikwa hotel and its Entrance is to the West of Cicada hotel facing Sirikwa hotel.
The services in the hotel are both catering and accommodation

This place is affordable and cozy and you have a choice of a room with breakfast/lunch/dinner. They could improve on providing information though. Apparently there's WiFi. There's no phone in the room. Oh, the breakfast food is ok. It's a "buffet" But they bring you the food from the kitchen.
